Static pops in generators

All gen have static pops after new update on lg rebel 3 lte. Previous version aok. No change in cpu or latency adjust or other trouble shoot attempt to fix w/ hardware and o/s process adjustments. Os up to date and stable. Downloads failed as well but with frequent refresh of dl list they were aquired.
