Static/popping noises throughout sounds

Binaural beat, furry friend, impulse, warp speed and white noise all have a loud popping/staticky sound similar to when what you hear when you plug in headphones/earbuds (but the static is heard through the speaker) it also appears on the mobile and desktop site(from the same device) and is louder than any of the sounds in the generator itself. Gs8 9.0, I've tried force stopping the app and clearing cache w no luck, my last resort is to use presets uploaded to spotify

I can reproduce this on original generation Google pixel 128gb unlocked version purchased straight from Google.

Running Android P Build PQ3A.190705.001. Super annoying on all sounds, but barely noticeable on rain due to the frequency and nature of that particular sound.
