Crashes in Beta 4
I'm frequently encountering crashes in Beta 4 on a Nexus 6P (64-bit).
The crashes happen when I click on the name of a generator. After a brief moment, it crashes and I get a "myNoise has stopped" dialog.
Sometimes I am able to successfully select a generator and get sound, but it seems to crash more often than not.
I have submitted the crash as feedback from the "myNoise has stopped" dialog, and I am happy to provide any other information that may be helpful. Thanks.

Having the same issue. About half the time, I get "myNoise has stopped" and the other half the program closes without error. I also note that when I can get a generator open, I can't get audio. Galaxy S6 T-Mobile. Also sent feedback.
Thanks!

Yep, happens here too. It works now and then, but crashes quite often.
- I can start the app. (all seems fine)
- I select a sound
- The sound screen with bars appears. All sound-bars are at the bottom, no sound - nothing happens.
- If I click(select) anything from here the app crashes
Sometimes some sounds work, but when I select another sound the same symptoms mentioned above happens

Just realized that I accidentally submitted this issue when not logged in. Posting this comment to link in my Bitbucket account.

One more detail: I think it might only crash when I try to play a sound for the first time (i.e., a sound that I haven't selected in the past). Perhaps this has something to do with initialization?

Good point, but for me it crashes randomly, even if the sounds have been used before.

Thanks for the feedback, I have received the crash logs and found the issue. Working on a fix (it’s a native memory allocation issue on arm64_v8a devices).

This had been working on and off for me but now it crashes every time I try to play a sound.

- changed status to resolved
Fixed in beta5 - coming in a few days.
