Dragging sliders when animate is enabled loses the sliders when other slider gets to its limit

I have found if I drag the sliders while using the animate options and one of the sliders gets to its point where it reverses the direction the slider I moved manually jumps back to the original position.

Steps to reproduce

Load Rain Noise Click Animate Button Select Moderate Drag one of the sliders to the top. When one of the other sliders gets to the point there it swaps direction the slider I chose jumps back to the original position it was in.

I hate to say it but that's the expected behavior... I will keep this bug open and see what we can do post 1.0
