Crashes when trying to open any Soundscape AND no sound.

Consistent crashing anytime I try to play any sound. I can select any of the options from the side menu: my noses, under the hood, etc, but crashes once I try to play a sound. Only rarely will it allow me to play a sound and many times no sound is played when I can actually select a sound without crashing.
