windows11 can't use

After clicked the vsedit.exe, nothing happened. And i found it progress apear in windows task manager for about 2 seconds. And then no GUI apear, the progress also disapear.

My windows10 also has the same problem,though I delet vsedit.config or use version 18/20.But it can run on another windows10 computer.
