Non-detachable video preview

As you all know, the video preview is detachable in this editor unlike avspmod. Having the video always stick above code area is the best, and I'd like to request such feature.

also, make it auto refresh the preview when moving to other frames.

No votes on the proposal. Would be too much work for a too small cause. Right now the editor is designed to work with multiple monitors. Preview window has its own controls. Making it dockable in a convenient way would significantly complicate the code.
