Metablock editor: No checkbox group headers in Delphi version

Lazarus version: The metablock editor checkboxes are grouped under “Block” and “Face” properties

Delphi version: Although the checkboxes are still grouped together, there are no headers indicating these groupings or otherwise that some apply to the block as a whole while others apply only to the individual face.
