Metablock face flag between "Spec + Transp" and "4-Panel Anim" is known

Issue #2 resolved
Nami Verasche repo owner created an issue

This is now known to just be a clone of 4-panel anim, but L3DEdit does not recognize it at all and still marks it as unknown.
