Dirt set lacks one-way-down arrows

Probably will not make a minor update for this. How to approach this in future updates relies on the decision of how one-way arrows will work in the future.

No minor update is being made.

For the major update, the Dirt set no longer uses its own one way arrows, instead relying on the new "default" set for them. As such, this is effectively fixed.
