Custom sounds for locked exits

The suggestion is to allow locked exits to have custom sounds when unlocking, in much the same way that traps and teleporters already allow custom sounds.

Question that remains: What happens if a level has more than one type of locked exit that use different sounds? (Perhaps it should be per-level or per-graphic-set rather than per-exit?)
