Offsetting when converting old levels needs to take flipping into account

Currently, offsets are able to handle additions / removals on the left and top. Additions on the right / bottom do not need to be handled for normal-orientation pieces.
However, offsets on other sides do when dealing with flipped (and most likely, rotated?) pieces.

reporter 799822d should fix this. Not fully tested, though.

All needed support added in f5e7bd9, individual graphic sets still need adapting to it.

Modified GSTool to allow for setting these variables. NL does not understand them yet.
