Display permanent skills when hovering over lemming

Stable version displays "Athlete", "Triathlete", "X-Athlete". Athlete info key exists which changes to CSFDZ notation to mark permanent skills (and zombie state). Experimental verison does the same but prioritizes non-permanent actions when not holding athlete info key.

Neither of these is optimal.
