Simon has mentioned that this does not happen for all skills.

Does not happen: Climber, Floater, Bomber Does happen: Builder, Basher, Miner Other skills not mentioned either way.

Not sure exactly when this was fixed, but it doesn't seem to happen in V10.010.010.
