allow typing in "file" field under location

Can you allow the user to custom type the file location?

I host browsepass on a server. Clicking "browse" will only let me explore my local directories. I want to type a file name "passwords.kdbx" in the file field to use the kdbx file "passwords.kdbx" in the same directory on the server.

    Then you type passwords.kdbx in the URL field.

    The URL field is resolved relatively to wherever your current location is.

    For example, if you host BrowsePass at http://host/browsepass.html, and you type passwords.kdbx in the URL field, it will be resolved as http://host/passwords.kdbx.

    Feel free to reopen this bug if this is not the behavior you observe.
