Please allow users to select either a pop up or simply a flashing taskbar icon.

Good product, but I find myself annoyed by the pop up when I'm really focused on something. It steals the focus and I find myself just closing it without writing anything. Can you offer the user an option to choose simply a flashing alert instead of a focus-stealing pop up? Thanks!
