Hide unfocused windows in mono layout

When in mono layout with non-opaque windows they will stack and cause the background to be the window below.
The unfocused windows should be moved offscreen or something similar to avoid this.

This has turned out to be harder than expected and with odd results.
Still working on it but no timeline, mono and the behaviour will stay the same until I have something that isn't broken.

This should be done with commit bd4656f but needs further testing
