Visual (occasionally completely freezing) lag when switching workspaces

I’ve recently been using dk and noticed that there can sometimes be visual lag when moving workspaces, an app may on workspace x may remain for some time after switching to workspace y. The apps may also switch to their corresponding workspaces immediately, but may display as blank (such as my browser, Floorp, and a discord client, ArmCord)
