Improve online user list

Instead of having it in a popup box, have it always visible so users can easily glance at it without having to click first.

Sounds like a great idea. I'd recommend still leaving the current pop-up box and "view list" feature as a way to view the more detailed information (like the stuff that becomes available at level 4) and just have a quick glance list always visible somewhere else with only basic information like maybe flag, level, and username.

Implemented. I will consider adding the user's level to the list as well.
