[Level Privilege?] Timezones

Hi,

I just thought it could be nice to change the timezone for the displayed dates, on every pages for the site. Sometimes it can be a pain in the ass to convert all this data mentally for the users who do not reside in EST :)

I think it would be better if done server side. Also of course, it could be a secondary level privilege. (like, along with chat history ? or rather, after chat histo ?)

Also, a as a bonus, user timezones could appear on their profile. So maybe it fits a whole timezone level after all ?
