IP are displayed instead of hashes

IP addresses are displayed when a guest restarts the counter. On 2016, december, 29th, we have :

In chat :

--- A system failure has occurred; the reset counter has been restarted. --- A new timer has been started by xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.

On history :

[4:26:53 AM] [SYSTEM] A system failure has occurred; the reset counter has been restarted. [4:27:36 AM] [SYSTEM] A new timer has been started by xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx.
