JUnit should not be required

Trying to install fails when JUnit plugin is not present.

Best case would be an option to include JUnit section when installing. Or have a non-JUnit version available.

If this is too tightly integrated to fix, at least update the installation page to reflect that the JUnit plugin is required.

It doesn't seem to be worth the effort: Android testing is based on JUnit so there is a dependency. Why do you need/want to have NetBeans installation without JUnit support?
