Forgot to mention that I'm using Android build tools 19.1 (see build.gradle inside app subproject)

Exact same result here. Clean install. Netbeans 8.0.1. NB Android Gradle Support 1.249. Android SDK Build Tools 19.1. Gradle 1.11.
Unsupported method: Dependencies.getJavaLibraries(). The version of Gradle you connect to does not support that method. To resolve the problem you can change/upgrade the target version of Gradle you connect to. Alternatively, you can ignore this exception and read other information from the model.

- changed status to wontfix
This should be obsolete now. At least if you use com.android.tools.build:gradle:1.0.0 (or newer). Feel free to reopen if this is still a problem with that current version of Gradle build.
