Connection to update site timed out for every attempt

Hi everyone

I am trying to let netbeans 8.1 on windows 7 to access nbandroid update center through our company's proxy server.
My problem is the connection to nbandroid update center always timed out even if the proxy configuration of my netbeans looks fine.

I am not familiar with netbeans. I wonder what should I do to resolve this issue? Any suggestions were appreciated, thank you~
