incompatible with pyratemp

I did setup a small test case:

Hello @!thing!@!
import pyratemp

t = pyratemp.Template(filename="template.txt")
print t(thing="World")

Running python-coverage run works, but when running python-coverage html in the same directory, this error is shown:

No source for code: '/home/marten/Bureaublad/coverage-test': [Errno 21] Is a directory: '/home/marten/Bureaublad/coverage-test'

Tip: Filter by directory path e.g. /media app.js to search for public/media/app.js.
Tip: Use camelCasing e.g. ProjME to search for
Tip: Filter by extension type e.g. /repo .js to search for all .js files in the /repo directory.
