Data not being collected when using fusepy

Issue #145 invalid
Eugene Lubarsky created an issue

After downloading fusepy, running

{{{ coverage run memory.py test && coverage html }}}

and looking at the HTML, none of the FUSE functions are marked as having executed. I've tried using the coverage api to manually start it from the FUSE init function but this hasn't helped..

    Okay, after starting/stopping coverage on every call from FUSE I'm getting some data collection.

    Thanks, I think this is going to be a very helpful tool!

    If these are C-created threads, then I guess coverage.py is not getting started properly. I don't know how wide-spread this issue is, this is the first I've heard of it.

    yes, these are threads initialised from C by the ctypes module in response to a C callback
