Fail with python 3.2

It seems like the module is somehow broken when using python 3.2:

You can reproduce it by installing a python3.2 environment and installing the requirements and call make tests. The repository is on GitHub.

    Okay. However - it used to work.. I'll check which version of the coverage plugin worked...

    Yes, 3.7.1 supports Python 3.2. You can pin that version if you need to support 3.2. See #407 for more information.
