Use pseudo-wrap method from original timestamp extension for pre-commit actions. see issue 8 @bitbucket. I don't like this method. It seems like a kludged hack. But it seems to work for both command-line and TortoiseHg. Still needs some refinement.

Attempt using command wrapping instead of hooks for pre-commit actions.

Still working on commit hook. See issue 7 and issue 8 @bitbucket. * Status and Update hooks seem to be working from command line and from within TortoiseHG. * Commit hook works perfect from command line, but fails to include the updated .hgtimestamp file in commit from TortoiseHG.

Hooks almost working. See issues 7 and 8 @bitbucket. * Command-line seems to work, but TortoiseHG requires [hooks] section in config file to be configured to work right. * Still not adding the .hgtimestamp update from within TortoiseHG.

MAJOR Refactor: Simplify tests inside of loops for optimal speed. see issue 9 @bitbucket This means more duplicated loop code (restore & display are almost identical), but the loops should run faster.

Nathan Durnan
Refactor options code for single loop. Not sure if I like this for the number of tests within the loop. May be better with separate loops for Save/Restore. See item 9 @bitbucket
