Effect panel bug

Hello sir ! Thanks to your great work , now I can dump MangaMeeya forever ! It's the best manga viewer I've ever used before I met yours .

Here is a bug I found : the default Effect panel is set on the right of screen . But if you meke it unfixed , then you can never fix it on the right side . It can only be fixed on the left , which conflicts with the Library or the List Panel .

Thank you for the bug report. However, I do not understand the problem.
Does fixed/unfixed mean docking/floating? Does it have anything to do with the menu when you right-click on the panel icon or the title bar of the floating window?

It would be helpful if you could provide detailed steps to reproduce the problem.
