Shortcut links (.lnk) with character "—" don't show up in Bookshelf
Issue #1209
closed
On Windows 10 NeeView v39.3 64-bit, shortcut links that point to paths that contain the character "—" (ordinal 8212), don't show up in the Bookshelf.
Example: "C:\books\" contains two shortcuts to two different folders:
C:\folder—1
C:\folder2
C:\books\folder—1.lnk
C:\books\folder2.lnk
Opening the path "C:\books\" with NeeView, the link to "folder—1" will not show up in the Bookshelf.

- UNICODE名のショートカットを認識できなかった不具合修正 (fixed
#1209) - WScript.Shell は旧式のためUNICODE名に非対応。このため Shell32.Shell でショートカットファイルにアクセスするように変更した。
