Zooming in on high-dpi display

If the option "Image -> Allow stretch scale up" is disabled, the image shouldn't be enlarged by more than 100% of its size. Now when using the option "Image -> Fit width to window" the image can be zoomed to the system scale value, which in my case is 150%.

"Allow stretch scale up" only applies the first time a stretch is applied and is not restricted to subsequent user interactions.

If the size is different from when viewed with another viewer, please turn on "Apply image resolution information" on the "File Types" page of the settings.

Also check the "File types > Dot-by-dot display of image" in the settings.
