We implemented a mitigation measure of the problem.
However, it is still unstable and we do not have any prospect of modification.
For this reason, we will not support "CopyTrans HEIC".

Thanks for the help! I tried to install old versions of the codec and they all work in version 32 of the program! Only the current version 1.004 causes the program to crash.

The latest working version of the WIC codec "CopyTrans HEIC" is 1.003 and earlier: https://yadi.sk/d/Pc_Oj3nflDQkFA
