The command do the opposite thing as expected on version 37.1 .

Please just look at the screen capture, this is my current settings.

On the Edit Commands Window, the Shortcuts set on "Scroll + Prev", I set "RightClick", "K", and "WheelUp" on this command, but only "WheelUp" is doing as the expect. "RightClick" and "K" is doing "Scroll + Next" (also the message shown on screen is "Scroll + Next") but not "Scroll + Prev", and finally I set it to "LeftClick", "J", and "WheelUp".
