Broken gibs physics

originally gibs was affected by horisontal movers under them, but that was changed in 3.10 patch or earlier. as a side effect this partially broke fact2 level, since it features numerous conveyour belts filled with gibs example shots from 3.05

we fixed this in yamagi quake2, see https://github.com/yquake2/yquake2/commit/07477e0f75707ebcdbadf243ae7e88555f0065b2

might need more testing, though. Also, no idea if this maybe is expensive performance wise - in that case it's probably not good for Q2 on DOS?

if this is tough performance wise you can always disable this for dm, for example. there's actually not much gibs riding conveyors in sp/coop
