Overview

Disclaimer: this is experimental. It will break, design and interface
will probably change. I will not care about backwards compatibility
until I say so, etc... In short, if you do not understand the code,
you shouldn't be here. (But I still love you, dear user)

This will be a Mercurial extension, which tries to help maintainers
of a repo when they have to go through dozens of emails, some of them
containing useful patches.

For now, this extension will ignore contributors of said project that:
 * do not know how to use the patchbomb extension to send changes
 * use localized Date headers in their emails, such as 'Seg, 20 Abr .*':
Mercurial patchbomb extensions used to issue such non compliant headers
