eyeD3 not compatible with Python 2.6

Issue #15 resolved
Bouke Versteegh created an issue

I noticed that eyeD3 uses dictionary comprehensions, that are part of python 2.7, and thus eyeD3 is not compatible with 2.6. The default python on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS is version 2.6, and I think many people still use it.

^_^" Actually, I accidentally resolved it (clicked "resolve" to see what the button would do, then wanted to click Cancel but the big C in Change made me click it by instinct).

    Thanks for taking a look.
