I have added specfile, file for building rpm package. I have also built *.rpm files for Fedora 20.
We are using aniso8601 in one of our internal tools and we want to have aniso8601 in Fedora repositories, so I have also opened Review Request in our bugzilla, see Red Hat bugzilla.
