[Accessibility] Skip to navigation link not needed

Hello :)

As discussed with Stéphanie, I just made a quick accessibility review of the homepage. I will create one issue per finding.

The first one is the presence of the Skip to navigation link. This one is not really needed in this website. The navigation is already the first focusable element in the page, right after the skip-to links. Skip to content is the only relevant link in this context. Having another link before it is decrease the experience of users with assistive technologies or keyboard-based navigation 🙂
