[a11y] Title hierarchy broken in the footer

In the footer, the paragraphs Get in Touch, Find me on the web and Send me a message should be titles.

In the current situation (being paragraphs), they are not part of the list of headings available to users of assistive technologies.

To be compliant with the 1.3.1 success criterion of the WCAG 2.1, the markup of these three elements should match the design and use headings (failure F43 – https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG21/Techniques/failures/F43).

Even if this one can sometimes be a pain in the ass for a footer because it can appear as not important and it's hard to keep a title hierarchy working in all situations (h2 / h3 could be a good solution here), it is quite important to put it part of the footer. A lot of users of AT are using the Web Rotor (VoiceOver) and the heading listing to navigate a page. These three titles should be part of it to offer a good and accessible experience :)
