Requirements:
- Python 2.5
- numpy
- matplotlib/pylab

To run the code:

1. Learn the model using data from the database or stored pickle files.  
   Store in models/. [python learner.py]

2. Simulate the bracket [python bracket.py]


It's not completely polished, so you'll need to edit bracket.py to select
which model you want to use.
