Welcome to the NOAAPort GIS maps and scripts Library

To get going quickly, install the binary package appropriate to your OS, and then see the examples.README file in the /usr/share/doc/nbspgislib/examples directory.

Copy the example scripts to a directory that you own and just execute them. Read them (they are simple shell scripts) to give you an idea of what they do and how to extend them and use the facilities of the package.
