"Custom level" controls hidden on Android 4.0.3 (ok in 2.3.x, 4.0, 4.1 and above)

Steps to reproduce (tested in Emulator, seen wit real custom ROM fro ZTE Blade - ECO9). Go to settings, press Custom Level toggle (sometimes one needs to press few times). All controls on the screen disappears. Workaround - any drag movement restores controls.

Looks like it influences only Android 4.0.3.

Possible fix: call
