The number showing in the Browse Projects by group does not match with the number showing in the Group editor and some projects do not get added to the project group.

First Issue:
The number showing in the Browse Projects by group does not match with the number showing in the Group editor

In Project Group Editor (<baseUrl>/secure/admin/POGroupsEditor.jspa), it shows 47

but when clicking on the group to see the projects in the category, it shows 46

Second issue:

Some of the projects, for example, 2SSG project, when added to the group:

Is not getting added to the group.

Is there a bug on these two issues?

Turned out that this is due to Project permission. So resolving this
