code documentation

I found it hard to understand the contribution of the following files to this plugin:

src/main/resources/schemas/radRead/display/rad_radiologyReadData_display.xml
src/main/java/org/nrg/xnat/turbine/modules/actions/UploadKeyImages.java
src/main/java/org/nrg/xnat/turbine/modules/screens/UploadKeyImages.java
src/main/resources/META-INF/resources/templates/screens/UploadKeyImages.vm
src/main/java/org/nrg/xnat/turbine/modules/screens/RadReadPDFScreen.java
src/main/java/org/nrg/xnat/turbine/modules/screens/XDATScreen_radReadPDFScreen.java
src/main/java/org/nrg/xnat/turbine/modules/screens/XDATScreen_newRadReadPDFScreen.java

It may be that I insufficiently understand the functionality that this plugin provides (see #1 and #2) but if these files arent used then I suggest deleting them would be a good idea. If they are used then a line or two in the README to proivde background might be useful.
