spat_to_SH_ml() doesn't work

Hello,

I tried to add the function into the test code. However, when I debug the codes, "((pf2ml)shtns->ftable[SHT_M][SHT_TYP_SAN])(shtns, im, Vr, Qlm, ltr);" cannot find the implementation codes.

Is the function realized or not?
