bug in gradient function in some particular cases

The functions SHtor_to_spat() and SHsph_to_spat() give wrong results for mmax>0 with on-the-fly transoforms.

Only on-the-fly transforms are affected, and only these two functions. SH_to_spat(), SHsphtor_to_spat() and SHqst_to_spat are fine.
