Turn on Compressor

1. Turn on the compressor control panel, if it is off.
2. Open PVsubloop, if it is closed.
3. Ensure NVloop is partially open.
4. Open Vbottle.
5. Wait until Pinlet = 15 psig.
6. Close Vbottle.
7. Start the compressor.
8. After about 30 seconds, the interlock stage will end, and the second stage of the compressor will open. Pdischarge will increase, and Pinlet will decrease.
9. Add gas so that Pinlet >= 3 psig.
10. Adjust gas levels so that Pdischarge = 150-200 psig and Pinlet = 4-5 psig.
