Flashing old button before changing

No matter which style of button you choose (rectangle - small/large, circular etc) in admin config it will flash your choice in the page for a second (loaded from the old source https://assets.pinterest.com/images/pidgets...) but then replace it with the newer button.

The current workaround is to delete lines 27 to 34 in tpl_modules_pin_it_button.php because the whole choosing button type is depreciated
