Printing of fixtures broken

When using the browsers 'print' functionality on a fixtures page, the result is not acceptable. Fixtures should be displayed compact with tags displayed as seen on screen.

    Introduced style sheet for print media type which prevents the URLs from showing up after a hyperlink. Still missing are the tags however. There only shows the textual representation yet where we would like to have the color area.
