Getting information about the network

We should get an idea what the NXTInfrastrure currently looks like, how it is being paid for and if it will still exist in 3, 6, 12 months

    ferment: My 101 nodes are paid through March. It's probably not worth mining the existing nodes, but rather focucs on what we want and how active maintainers can plug into that.
